"Both of my children have a really good time here at the classes. It’s not too ‘showbizzy’ – it’s more realistic and they can be themselves without a lot of pressure. They are given the opportunity to do improvisation and put their own ideas into the plays they do. We actually tried another group at one point as it was closer to home but it was too over the top so we came straight back to this one! Something else that has been really great for them is that they’re with a casting agency through The Drama Studio at no extra cost. They've had successful auditions for adverts, radio and student films which is fantastic. They've grown in confidence and it’s given them new experiences and opportunities." Mandy Robertson -Parent
"My daughter has been coming here for about 9 years and it has been really good for her confidence. Now she’s a teenager I also think it’s been a really healthy way for her to express herself at this age. She has always loved the shows they put on each year and as she’s in the senior’s class they get to take part in an annual awards ceremony. This gives them recognition for their achievements which I think is really good. My daughter also got the chance to take part in some editing and behind the scenes work. She found this really interesting and it has been brilliant for her to see a different side of things. She really loves it here, there is a great social side to it and it’s very relaxed. "Both of my children have been going to The Drama Studio once a week for over 4 years now. They also go to the Summer Camps and absolutely love it! The children love putting on the shows which they create themselves aided by the adults. The really nice thing about The Drama Studio is that there is no pressure on the children, it just feels natural for them to get up on stage.
